Shipping Information

When will my order get shipped? The Nostalgia Factory generally ships all in-stock product within 2–3 business days upon receipt of your order.

U.S. Orders: We pack securely. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail for orders weighing up to 4 pounds. Orders weighing over 4 pounds will be shipped via UPS. Delivery will be approximately 2–5 business days, based on the distance from Boston. Orders totaling $18.99 & up will include an insurance charge. These charges are listed below. We will send an email confirmation to you when your package has shipped from The Nostalgia Factory warehouse.

International Orders: Orders weighing up to 4 pounds are shipped via 1st Class Mail International. For orders totaling over 4 pounds, you will be contacted with shipping options and their fees. Delivery time is approximately 4–10 days to your country but is then subject to Customs clearance. If you wish to use an expedited service with tracking, please contact us for information. Orders totaling $18.99 & up will include an insurance charge. These charges are listed below. We will send an email confirmation to you when your package has shipped from The Nostalgia Factory warehouse.

For orders weighing over 3 pounds, additional charges will apply. For orders weighing over 4 pounds, an alternate shipping service will be used & related fees will apply.

Insurance: For U.S. & International orders totaling $18.99–$99.99, $2.00 of insurance will be charged. Orders totaling $100.00–$199.99 will be charged $4.00 of insurance. For every increment over $200.00, an additional $1.00 will be charged to the total order, as per the table below.

Next day or 2nd day U.S. delivery is available via Fed Ex or UPS. The cost will vary by service, weight & destination. You may use your own Federal Express account number or be billed directly by Fed Ex. For UPS orders, you will be billed by us and your order adjusted accordingly.

Please Note: International orders are subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are borne by the customer.

Mixed formats: We sell rolled posters, flat posters, press kits, books, etc. If, in the same order, you select items from different formats (a rolled poster and a press kit, for example), two shipping fees will apply. Often we can include some flat items with rolled items (a folded poster or a program, for example.) In that case, even though the double charge will appear on your order statement, we will deduct it before charging your credit card, and you will receive an updated invoice.

Damaged items: If your package or its contents are damaged, we reserve the right to replace the damaged item if we have it in stock. Otherwise, the retail value of the item will be refunded. The damaged item(s) must be returned in their original packaging. Please email or call our customer service department at posters@nostalgia.com or (800) 479-8754 or (617) 779-5996 if you wish to return damaged goods and we will send a return shipping label to you.

Privacy Policy: The Nostalgia Factory respects your privacy and recognizes that we must maintain and use customer information responsibly. Under no circumstances will we sell or trade your personal information to a third party.

We have contracted with Yahoo! Search Marketing to monitor certain pages of our Web site for the purpose of reporting Web traffic, statistics, advertisement "click-throughs," and/or other activities on our website. Where authorized by us, Yahoo! Search Marketing may use cookies, Web beacons, and/or other monitoring technologies to compile anonymous statistics about our website visitors. • For Connecticut shipments, a 6% sales tax will be added to your order. For Massachusetts and Maine shipments, a 5% sales tax will be added to your order. For Rhode Island shipments, a 7% sales tax will be added to your order.
